Exchanges and Returns

Calçado Português is always available to help you!

We know that everything doesn't always go as expected and if for some reason you need to exchange a number or return it, don't worry.

You can always do this within the first 14 days after your purchase.

Items can only be returned if their original price has not changed.

Returned items, except for defective items, will be refunded with a voucher equal to the value of the returned item, valid for one year after its issuance. The buyer will be responsible for the transport costs (shipping and collection costs) related to exchanges or returns.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their respective packaging, with their labels and without signs of use or washing.
  • The buyer will be responsible for the transport costs (shipping and collection costs) related to exchanges or returns.
  • If, after the deadline, we do not receive the original items, the amount of the items of the second shipment will be charged in the original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transport from the customer to our warehouse.
  • Returned items, except for defective items, will be refunded with a voucher equal to the value of the returned item, valid for one year after its issuance.
  • We do not make returns on items on sale.

To request an exchange

You have 14 days from the date of shipment to exchange your purchase. Exchanges are only possible if the new desired item/number is available, otherwise, you must request a return and make a new purchase.

The deadline to return the original merchandise is 14 days from the exchange request. If, after the deadline, we do not receive the original items, the amount of the items of the second shipment will be charged in the original payment method.

Also, keep in mind that the exchange option will not be possible if the purchased item is no longer available.

refunds

returned items, except defective items , will be refunded by means of a voucher equal to the value of the returned item, valid for one year after its issuance.

Refunds for defective items will be made by bank transfer, indicating the NIB (bank identification number) and email for this purpose.

You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.

If more than 20 days have passed and you do not have the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so they can help expedite the process.

 

Cancellations

It is not possible to cancel an order that is in processing or shipping.
